In the early hours 5th Dec 2021, former Students Union president of federal polytechnic,Oko 2019/2020 comr Asiegbu Kingsley chinonso a.k.a De king Emerge National President, National Association of polytechnic Students (NAPS)
The NAPS convention which took place at Education Resource Center Oladipo diya Area 7, FCT Abuja. From the 3rd to 5th Dec 2021. Which recorded over 193 SUG presidents whom are referred as the Senators of the association, representative of their various institutions.
His Victory made a History in the association of polytechnic Students NAPS, as he's the first President to emerge from South East Nigeria since the establishment of the Association since 1994.
His victory, came in a very dramatic and narrow margin, as he won the election with one vote ahead, his opponent Comr Adine Samuel from Delta state Nigeria, the results of the Election are 88 and 89 respective.
