He wrote thus,
A self-acclaimed leader who only base on gathering followers from the nook and cranny of a habitation has not yet understood what it takes to be a great leader.
Leaders who gather followers at any strike of opportunity end up satisfying their selfish interests. Howbeit, they at the same time subject their subordinates into sore servitude. This act undoubtedly dwindles the foresight and capability of some potential leaders who are under such #infant-followers category.
A great leader is a great Potter because he molds leaders. He doesn't see you as his follower, he sees the leader in you and put in his very best to bring it to the feet of reality.
Such leaders derive pleasure in your happiness. They don't speak for themselves, neither do they blow their own trumpet. Their works and skillfulness in placating and mending people's heart during upheaval, human and societal impartation and their dodginess in upholding Justice gives them the legal ground to be commended noteworthy.
